The atmosphere is ok the waiteress staff are sensational very friendly alwaya smiling the food unfortunately was the only let down is off poor quality and the flavour wasnt there

Have been ordering from Bonsai Bali for nearly 2 years but tonight have lost me as a customer. Asked to swap 2 mains in dinner pack as I have always done countless times without problems and have been told by staff is fine. Was placed on hold 3 times and then the the waitress on the other end said "We don't have time for this!" So I hung up and won't be ordering again. Rude! A restaurant should have time to take a correct order without a nasty attitude.
